Felicia A. Esters, MBA

Felicia A. Esters, MBA; M.ed currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations. Felicia has over 20 years of leadership and operational experience in a variety of organizations, including academia and industry.  She began her career at Abbott labs in Abbott Park, IL supporting various programs including Dyslipidemia, Humira and early phase oncology studies.  After Abbott she formed an LLC, Esters Trial Management Firm, where she provided consulting services before joining Vanguard Clinical as the Executive Director.  Vanguard offers Clinical Operations management for Actuate through its mission of unparalleled quality and execution of clinical trials.  Felicia has experience in orphan drug designations, regulatory inspections and developing operational functions in new organizations. Felicia’s clinical experience includes diverse therapeutic areas including Oncology, Immunology, and many rare disease indications.
